How Energy Healing Works

Whether it’s the daily stress of life, family, money, work, and relationships, or old traumas buried deep inside,

we all suffer one way or another;

It shows up as physical pain, insomnia, brain fog,  fatigue, lack of motivation,

depression and inflammation;  just to name a few.

Moving energy that gets blocked or ‘stuck’ promotes healing, brings relaxation and relief from “dis-ease”.

Check this out:  "The American Medical Association (AMA) states 80 percent of all health problems

are stress-related, and even the conservative Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

has stated that 85 percent of all diseases appear to have an emotional element."

How we face the world every day is greatly impacted by the strength of our inner spirit.

When we are in optimal health all of the parts of us are synced and working together.

Every professional practitioner works a bit differently and it entails a lot more than simply learning a technique.

We are trained to listen to the body, your words, the interrupted vibrations, and our intuition

to find the energetic blocks.  These blocks can be physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Through a combination of sharing your thoughts,  building awareness of your patterns,

and the healing techniques we've learned, we help you release those unhealthy emotional blocks,

get the nervous system in sync and prompt the body to heal itself.

With a gentle hands-on touch, we bring your system back into balance by clearing, structuring,

charging, and energizing your Chakras. These energy centers are connected to various organs and glands in your body.

Reconnecting the flow brings a sense of internal unity and stimulates the immune system.

When Mind, Body, and Spirit energy is aligned, your soul shines through in everything you do.

You feel lighter, clearer, and have more energy to focus on the things you love.
